Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Care team at Faisheeofficial@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Place the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use the provided return shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. If a return label is not provided, please ship to the following address:Faishee Returns

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If you do not see a refund after 14 business days, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at Faisheeofficial@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
